During your first visit to the office to determine if you are a candidate for either medical weight loss, hormone therapy or both, you will be charged a consult fee of $85. After speaking to the provider and nurse, if all parties agree and you would like to proceed with evaluation, there will be a one time lab fee of $150. This fee cannot be waived by bringing outside labs. Our staff will draw the necessary labs in our office and send them to DLO for evaluation. Any other follow up labs will be included in your weight loss/hormone therapy for no extra charge. If there are any special work up labs outside of our normal order set, patients can pay separately for those labs. (Example: 24 hr cortisol testing is $60).
Our office abides by all federal regulations regarding compounding medications during FDA shortages. Gudgel Aesthetics stays current on all the latest weight loss peptides and growth hormone stimulators and will be able to help you on your weight loss journey.
